Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you experience an issue, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused
  • Packaging is sealed and intact
  • A manufacturing defect or damage is reported
Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used heat patches
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@pauseit.pk with your order number and issue details.
  2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
  3. Approved exchanges will be processed promptly.

We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the above conditions.
